Dangote Cement Plc will host a Capital Markets Day (CMD) in London on 21 September 2026 as part of preparations for its proposed secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
The event follows the company’s announcement on 12 May 2026 and the subsequent approval by shareholders of the proposed secondary listing of Dangote Cement’s shares on the LSE.
In a notice signed by Edward Imoedemhe, Company Secretary of Dangote Cement Plc, the Capital Markets Day will provide investors and other stakeholders with an update on the company’s strategy, operations and business priorities.
The event will also offer investors an opportunity to engage directly with Dangote Cement’s senior management.
The company said further details, including the full agenda and logistics for the event, would be released in due course.
Presentation materials from the Capital Markets Day will also be made available to the market in line with applicable disclosure requirements.
The planned event forms part of Dangote Cement’s preparations and investor engagement activities ahead of the proposed secondary listing of its shares on the London Stock Exchange.
