Aradel Holdings Plc has reached a major safety milestone, recording 10 million man-hours without a Lost Time Injury (LTI) across its operations as of 21st December 2025.
The achievement covers all subsidiaries of the indigenous integrated energy company and was recorded during a period of expanded operational activity across its integrated business. The milestone underscores Aradel’s strong Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture, driven by structured safety systems and proactive leadership at every level of the organisation.
A core pillar of this performance is the company’s annual HSE Week, now approaching its ninth year, which continues to reinforce vigilance and sustain a world-class safety culture across the business.
Aradel said the milestone reflects its broader commitment to operational excellence and international best practice. The company has attained ISO 14001:2015 certification for environmental management, demonstrating continuous improvement and responsible environmental practices. It is also ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality management and is on track to achieve ISO 45001:2018 certification for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
In August 2025, Aradel marked 20 years of continuous production while maintaining a strong HSE record, further highlighting its focus on safe and responsible operations. The company has also deployed SAP EHS Management, a digital platform that supports the management of occupational health, workplace safety and environmental compliance across its operations.
