"We Are Set To Make The Difference In Real Estate Service" - Lekan Egbetola

American psychologist, Abraham Maslow in his 1943 paper "A Theory of Human Motivation" postulated the popular Maslow's hierarchy of needs. He used the terms physiological, safety, belongingness and love, esteem, self-actualization, and self-transcendence to describe the pattern that human motivations generally move through.

According to him, physiological needs are thought to be the most important that every human basically seek for. These include: air, water, food, clothing and shelter. Maslow's assertion is generally agreed upon by many academic scholars. While these basic needs are still a big challenge in many underdeveloped nations, many developing countries are steadily developing and surmounting these challenges.
