West Ham United and Alpari Underline Ambitions With New Kit Launch

West Ham United has underlined the club’s ambitions both on and off the pitch with the launch of its new team strip for the 2013/14 season. Mirroring the iconic strip worn in 1985 when the club achieved its best final league position, the new adidas kit also highlights the club’s commercial goals which it shares with new shirt sponsor, the global forex broker Alpari.

It is an agreement that strengthens mutual global ambitions for both Alpari and West Ham United, giving the iconic east London side the opportunity to promote itself to Alpari’s growing markets across more than 20 countries.

The new team strip marks the start of Alpari’s three-year multi-million pound principal sponsor agreement with the club. The deal extends Alpari’s involvement with the club from a stadium brand and naming rights partner to main shirt sponsor.

As the Barclays Premier League has broadcast distribution reaching more than 700 million households, it also gives the Alpari companies a platform to increase exposure in its key regions for expansion, including China, Central and South America.

The club is also building to replicate that on pitch success too. The new team strip comes at an exciting time for the Barclays Premier League club as the 2013/14 season also sees the start of Alpari’s three-year multi-million pound principal sponsor agreement with the club. The deal extends Alpari’s involvement with the club from a stadium brand and naming rights partner to main shirt sponsor.
