Quest Merchant Bank has hosted the second edition of the Great Place to Work Nigeria Study Mission, reinforcing its commitment to building a high-performance workplace culture and promoting people-centred leadership across Nigeria's corporate sector.
The Study Mission serves as a collaborative platform where Great Place to Work Certified organisations exchange insights, share best practices and strengthen workplace cultures through peer learning and knowledge sharing.
The event brought together human resources leaders and representatives from FITC, Princeps Credit Systems, Tonic Technologies and Esentry Limited for discussions centred on developing thriving workplace cultures, encouraging continuous learning and advancing employee-focused practices that support long-term organisational success.
Speaking at the event, the Head of People Management at Quest Merchant Bank, Tolulope Dayo-Peters, underscored the importance of continuous learning and collaboration in sustaining strong workplace cultures.
