GTCO opens applications for “Take on Squad” Hackathon 3.0 to drive tech innovation in Africa

Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc (GTCO) has launched the third edition of its “Take on Squad” Hackathon, reinforcing its commitment to promoting innovation, nurturing talent and supporting the development of technology-driven solutions to real-world challenges across Africa.

Now in its third year, the hackathon will bring together developers, designers and entrepreneurs from across Nigeria to collaborate on practical solutions spanning key sectors such as financial services, healthcare, commerce and digital inclusion. With the theme “Smart Systems: The Intelligent Economy,” participants are expected to design and build intelligent, data-driven solutions that transform how communities interact with money.

Applications for the programme are now open, with interested teams invited to review guidelines and register via the official portal.
