TPT International marked International Women’s Day 2026 by celebrating the women within the organisation with a specially organised outing aimed at recognising their dedication, creativity and contributions to the agency.
International Women’s Day, observed annually on 8 March, is a global occasion dedicated to acknowledging the achievements, resilience and impact of women across different sectors of society. The 2026 theme, “Give to Gain,” highlights the idea that organisations benefit when they invest in empowering women through recognition, opportunity and support.
For TPT International, the occasion provided an opportunity not only to celebrate its female workforce but also to reaffirm its commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace where women can continue to grow and thrive.
The agency’s leadership, led by Chairman and Chief Consultant, Adetokunbo Modupe, organised a movie and lunch outing for the women of the organisation, creating a relaxed environment for interaction and reflection outside the usual work setting. The women were also given Monday, 9 March 2026, as a work-free day to rest and reflect on the significance of the global celebration.
Speaking on the initiative, Modupe emphasised the agency’s appreciation for the women whose commitment and talent continue to shape the organisation.
“Women are an invaluable part of our lives and of our organisation. Their contributions have helped shape the growth, strength, and excellence of our professional practice. Our standing as a preferred team would not have been possible without the intelligence, dedication, creativity, and positive spirit of the remarkable women within the organisation.
“At TPT, we celebrate and appreciate our women every day. However, International Women’s Day offers a special moment to pause and express our gratitude once again. Today’s outing is a simple but impactful way of reminding them that their brilliance, resilience, and professionalism are seen, valued, and deeply appreciated.”
On behalf of the women in the organisation, Client Service Director, Ify Yvonne Odita, thanked the leadership for fostering a workplace culture where women feel recognised and supported.
“Your celebration of TPT women through the movie outing, lunch, and the work-free day speaks volumes about the value you place on appreciation, balance, and wellbeing. It reflects a culture where people are genuinely valued.
