Radisson Rewards, the global loyalty programme from Radisson Hotel Group, has surpassed 27 million members in just three years, highlighting its rapid growth and worldwide appeal. In 2025, the programme unveiled a series of new partnerships across banking, travel, and lifestyle sectors, designed to make earning and redeeming points simpler, more relevant, and more rewarding for members globally.
The expanded network not only increases everyday earning opportunities but also streamlines points conversion and delivers exclusive benefits. With Radisson Hotel Group’s portfolio now exceeding 1,600 hotels, including popular city hotels and resorts, members have more destinations than ever to redeem their rewards.
Strengthening Financial Partnerships Across Key Markets
As part of its expansion strategy in high-growth regions, including the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, Radisson Rewards has significantly expanded its global banking partnerships in 2025.
These collaborations support the Group’s growth in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and India, allowing clients to convert points from partner banks’ loyalty programmes directly into Radisson Rewards points.
Saudi Arabia’s largest bank, Al Rajhi Bank, has joined Radisson Hotel Group as a key partner, marking a milestone in the Group’s expansion across the Kingdom. This momentum continues with new partnerships with HSBC in Qatar and the UAE. Combined with AI-powered meetings and events solutions and culturally tailored F&B concepts, these initiatives strengthen Radisson Hotel Group’s engagement with guests and loyalty members in the region.
In India, where Radisson Hotel Group achieved record growth with 33 new hotel signings across 11 new cities in 2025, the programme has partnered with HDFC Bank, the country’s largest private sector bank, and Axis Bank, the third-largest, offering members unparalleled access to hotels and rewards.
In the UK, Radisson Hotel Group teamed up with business credit card provider Capital on Tap to offer PRO customers an exclusive tier match, granting immediate VIP status within Radisson Rewards. Additionally, all Capital on Tap customers can convert points earned through the bank’s loyalty programme directly into Radisson Rewards points, creating a seamless pathway to enhanced travel benefits.
Everyday Rewards Through Lifestyle Partnerships
Radisson Rewards has launched the Radisson Rewards Shop, a new platform that enables members to earn points on everyday purchases with popular brands such as Fnac, Sephora, Adidas, Nike, Apple, and Samsung. Available in the UK, US, India, Spain, France, Italy, and Germany, the initiative positions Radisson Rewards as a lifestyle ecosystem, not just a hotel loyalty programme, turning routine shopping into a rewarding experience.
The programme has also expanded its partnership with GetYourGuide, a global platform for booking tours, attractions, and activities. Members worldwide can now earn points for every US dollar spent, unlocking more experiences and rewards.
Radisson Rewards offers one of the industry’s most streamlined tier structures, allowing members to reach the highest tier twice as fast as traditional hotel loyalty programmes, with benefits available from day one. The combination of dynamic redemption and an expanding partner network gives members flexibility and meaningful ways to earn points and redeem them for exceptional experiences across more than 1,600 hotels.
“These partnerships reflect our commitment to expanding Radisson Rewards beyond hotel stays and creating a truly global lifestyle programme,” said Ana Martinez de Velasco, Global Director, Radisson Rewards at Radisson Hotel Group. “By integrating with leading brands across banking, travel, and retail, we are giving our members more ways to earn, more ways to engage, and more reasons to stay loyal.”
