Turkish Airlines has been named Best in Entertainment in Europe at the 2026 APEX Official Airline Ratings, marking the fourth consecutive year the carrier has taken the top honour for its onboard entertainment offering.
The annual ratings, run by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX), are based solely on independent, anonymous passenger feedback. The data is gathered in partnership with leading travel platforms TripIt and Concur, with travellers using a single five-star rating system to assess their journeys.
For the 2026 results, more than one million flights operated by over 600 airlines worldwide were evaluated. Passengers rated airlines across five key elements of the travel experience: seat comfort, cabin service, food and beverage, in-flight entertainment, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Turkish Airlines’ repeat recognition in the entertainment category reflects strong and consistent passenger approval of its onboard offering. The airline has invested in enhancing its entertainment systems alongside improvements in cabin comfort, digital services and connectivity across its global network.
The latest award reinforces the carrier’s focus on delivering a high-quality passenger experience from departure to arrival, as it continues to refine its services in line with changing traveller expectations.
