Emirates and Air Peace have activated a bilateral interline agreement, deepening their existing partnership and significantly enhancing seamless air connectivity between Africa, the UAE, and major international destinations.
The agreement allows passengers of both airlines to enjoy single-ticket travel and simplified baggage handling across selected routes, delivering a smoother and more convenient end-to-end journey.
In addition to the 13 Nigerian cities already accessible to Emirates passengers via Air Peace’s domestic network, the expanded interline arrangement now opens new connections to Banjul in The Gambia and Dakar in Senegal via Abidjan, as well as Freetown in Sierra Leone and Monrovia in Liberia via Accra. These new gateways extend access to Emirates’ extensive global network and premium onboard experience for a wider pool of travellers across West Africa.
Under the partnership, Air Peace is able to feed its growing West and Central African route network into Emirates’ Dubai hub, with onward connections to key destinations including London Heathrow, London Gatwick, London Stansted, Abidjan, Accra, and Lagos. With strong demand for travel between Nigeria and the UK, the additional routing options offer Air Peace passengers greater flexibility and choice.

Emirates currently operates a Boeing 777-300ER on its Dubai–Lagos route, offering passengers a premium travel experience that includes regionally inspired multi-course meals created by award-winning chefs, an extensive selection of beverages, and access to more than 6,500 channels of entertainment on its ice inflight entertainment system, including Nollywood titles. As one of only two airlines operating a First Class cabin into Nigeria, Emirates continues to position itself at the top end of the market, with a strong focus on comfort, privacy, and luxury.
Air Peace, which operates a fleet of more than 40 aircraft, remains one of Africa’s fastest-growing airlines. The carrier continues to expand its fleet and route network in line with its broader vision of connecting cities, uniting communities, and contributing to national and continental development.
