Since its equity alignment with Publicis Groupe about nine months ago, Troyka Holdings has continued to restructure its business, expanding its tentacles and announcing new appointments.
Former Insight Publicis CEO, Jimi Awosika will heading the Group as its Chief Executive Officer while former MD of All Seasons Media, Dr Ken Onyeali Ikpe has been appointed the Group Chief Operating Officer.
Under a newly established group called Insight Redefini, the new holding company now comprises Insight Publicis, Media Perspectives, The Quadrant Company, Leo Bunnett, Hot Sauce, All Seasons Media and TCC, an experiential agency which is expected to begin operations soon.
