Amy Muoneke, Chief Executive Officer of bus.com.ng, a startup owned by Spark.ng has joined the team of Carmudi.com.ng, Nigeria's fastest growing online car classified.

Muoneke joined Carmudi in June as Managing Director. Her responsibilities will include developing strategic plans as well as maintaining an effective management team.

Speaking with select journalists yesterday, Muoneke revealed that her passion for online market led to her decision to join Carmudi Nigeria.

"I joined the e-commerce space in 2013 and since then I have been attracted to it. Because of its ability to provide access, information and create convenience. That to me was one of the main push of coming to Carmudi to be a part of the team that is developing this market. And to also be part of the leading company when it comes to car market", she said.

Her wealth experience is believed will further develop the online market trade in Nigeria and make Carmudi a bigger force in the online car market.

She had previously worked as Independent Consultant for Multimedia & Business Development at Bik Advisory; Commercial Development and Operations Manager for Genesis Deluxe Cinemas Nigeria; Project Associate for Millennium Development Goals at DFID, SPARC; and Communications Assistant for Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigeria.

While at Bus.com.ng, Muoneke built the e-commerce platform to become a leader in market development for online bus ticketing in Nigeria and attracted the attention of international companies such as Naspers (MIH), AB Kinnevik and Redbus.in (Pilani Soft Labs).

Muoneke holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.), Business Finance from Brunel University London, Bachelor's degree, Biology, Economics minor from California State University-Dominguez Hills and Psychology from Kean University.
