Arsenal Unveil New 2015/16 Puma Away Kit

Arsenal's new 2015/16 away kit was revealed on Tuesday in the presence of fans at the Esplanade Outdoor Theatre in Singapore.

The mammoth audience sang iconic Arsenal songs, an intricate projection video transformed a five metre high 3D torso displaying the 2015/16 home shirt, into the new away shirt.

As the projection finished, 10 Arsenal first-team players (Mikel Arteta, Hector Bellerin, Santi Cazorla, Petr Cech, Mathieu Flamini, Olivier Giroud, Mesut Ozil, Wojciech Szczesny, Jack Wilshere and Gabriel) appeared on stage to reveal the away kit.

The new away shirt is gold and features a diamond graphic that repeats across the front and back panels. The neck is crew shaped with a v-shaped insert and the sleeves include a gold trim and underarm mesh for breathability.



Speaking from Singapore, Olivier Giroud said: “The event was great and I was really happy to meet some of our fans from Singapore and around Asia. It’s really inspiring to see how passionate and supportive our fans are here.

"The atmosphere tonight was electric and it was a brilliant experience. I really like our new away kit - the gold colour is very striking and has been associated with some great Arsenal teams in the past. I’m looking forward to playing in it for the first time against the Singapore Select XI.”
