Diamond Bank Upgrades Mobile App

Nigeria’s innovative retail bank, Diamond Bank has upgraded its Mobile app to further make banking easier and accessible for its teeming customers. The app is now reloaded with more exciting features to make banking better, faster, and smarter.

According to Diamond Bank, customers can now search, book and pay for flights, buy movie tickets, send airtime to contacts on phonebook from any mobile network, make credit card repayments, enjoy enhanced security features and lots more on their mobile phone.

The Diamond Mobile App is available for download from i-Tunes App Store, Google Play and Blackberry AppWorld.

To download the app, register and authenticate user details, customers are to click on the icon to open application, input your Diamond Debit Card Number and any of their account numbers then select submit. User ID and registration code will be generated and sent to registered phone number as text messages. User ID, registration code can then be inputted and submitted. Having done this, user can now choose a password (not less than six characters) and reconfirm the password; choose a four digit pin, reconfirm your pin and select confirm.

Diamond bank has been at the forefront of introducing innovative solution to the Nigerian banking space. Early this year, it unveiled the first Touch ID feature on its Mobile App for users that have iOS devices can login to their accounts with just their finger prints as an alternative to entering a User ID and Password. The Touch ID feature on Diamond Mobile App is available on iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6plus, iPad Air 2 and the iPad Mini 3 devices.
