Berger Paints’ MD steps down

Board of Directors of Berger Paints Nigeria Plc has announced the disengagement of the Managing Director, Mr. Tor Nygard, from the services of the company at the expiration of his contract on of January 31, 2015.

Nygard joined the company on the 2nd of November 2009 as the Deputy Managing Director (Designate), moved on to become an Executive director and was later appointed as the Managing Director.

In the interim, Mr. Jatin Madan, the Chief Operating Offi cer, will act as CEO, pending the appointment of a substantive Managing Director.
