Broll Nigeria appoints new CEO

Broll Property Services Nigeria, the country’s leading Property Services Company, has appointed Mr. Bolaji Edu as its new Chief Executive Officer. The appointment takes effect from October 2014.

Mr. Edu takes over from erstwhile CEO, Mrs. Erejuwa Gbadebo, and will have overall responsibility for Broll’s operations in Nigeria.

Bolaji Edu brings a wealth of international industry experience to the company. Prior to joining Broll, he worked at Aviva Investors as part of the European Real Estate team as an Assistant Fund Manager advising corporate and public sector pension funds on their real estate portfolio.

He has a degree in Economics and Business Economics from the University of Hull, UK and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Broll Nigeria was established to provide all inclusive property services at competitive prices to various sectors of the Nigerian economy.  The company offers a full bouquet of property-related services, including corporate real estate services and valuations, commercial, industrial and investment broking, retail and commercial consulting, and property, facilities and shopping centre management.

Broll was recently ranked number 1 in the Real Estate Advisors and Consultants category in South Africa and Nigeria respectively at this year’s Euromoney Real Estate Survey Awards.  The company also won an award at the Real Estate UNITE 2014 Awards held in Lagos on the 2nd of October, 2014.  Broll Nigeria won the Best Real Estate Support Service of the Year. In addition, Ikeja City Mall, one of the properties managed by Broll Nigeria, won the Best Commercial Property Award.

The company will be celebrating its 10 years of operations in Nigeria in November 2014.
