She shared news of the new post on a recent Facebook post:

Starting a new job, meeting new people and adopting a new culture can be overwhelming. Frequently I get asked, “What should you do in your first week of work”?
Over the years, these pointers have been my go-to strategy and this is what I’ve tried to do in my first week as CEO of MTN Liberia.

Well, I discovered (and I’m doing that now) that listening is really important. Sounds easy but a lot of times we usually come into a new role with bias and that sometimes leads to a rush to judgement.

She holds a BA degree in Political Science from Ramapo College, New Jersey, USA and a Diploma in Strategic Marketing from Columbia University Business School, New York, USA.
