AI-Powered Fashion Collection Debuts at Africa Fashion Week London

On Saturday, 9 August 2025, Meta, in collaboration with Nigerian designer Ifeanyi Nwune’s I.N. Official, unveiled Transcendence, the first AI-powered fashion collection, at Africa Fashion Week London.

The Autumn/Winter 2025 collection was created using Meta AI’s creative tools, including the Search and Imagine features, at every stage of the process from fabric selection to visual storytelling. The collection fused African heritage with cutting-edge technology to present a bold and innovative vision for the future of fashion.

Guests at the runway show saw striking garments inspired by design prompts generated through Meta AI. By incorporating these AI-generated prompts into his creative process, Ifeanyi adapted digital sketches into unique, physical designs.

The event drew notable fashion influencers Kwadwo Adutwum, Way Of Yaw, Oluwaseyi Classic, and Demi Colleen, alongside media personalities and industry stakeholders. They witnessed firsthand how Meta AI’s creative tools can enable African designers to push boundaries and compete on a global stage.

The Transcendence collection celebrated African creativity while showcasing Meta’s dedication to providing accessible tools that help creators dream bigger, design faster, and turn visionary concepts into reality.

  1. Wow, the AI-powered fashion collection at Africa Fashion Week London is next-level. The designs feel futuristic yet wearable, showing how tech can transform style. Curious if the team used something like a Va Mortgage Soft Credit Check approach for budgeting or planning—innovative thinking clearly extends beyond the runway!
