I'm Not Selling My Arsenal Shares - Stan Kroenke Warns

Arsenal majority holder Stan Kroenke has maintained that his company KSE UK's shares in the club "are not, and never have been, for sale''.

In a statement to the Stock Exchange, Kroenke stressed his stance as Arsenal minority owner Alisher Usmanov, who currently owns 30 percent of the club, made a bid of $1.3 billion to acquire out Kroenke last week.

In the last three years, Kroenke has faced increasing criticism from Arsenal supporters in recent years, with some fans viewing him as an absentee owner who is more interested in profit than trophies.

During the club's last game of the season against Everton, Arsenal fans chanted and displayed banners calling for Arsene Wenger and Kroenke to leave the club.

Arsenal will face Premier League champions, Chelsea at Wembley on Saturday for the FA Cup title.
