LAIF Awards 2016 Holds Today!

Today, December 3, 2016 advertising practitioners and other creative experts will be gracing the much anticipated Lagos Advertising and Ideas Festival (LAIF) award which will take place at Muson Centre Lagos.

LAIF awards - an honour orchestrated to celebrate creative excellence in the nation’s advertising industry has continued to wax stronger with tremendous improvement, and it has enabled practitioners to improve creative standards in order to retain client confidence and compete favourably at the global stage.

Over 500 entries have been received as more agencies have submitted their works to participate in this year’s LAIF award.

Also, there will be introduction of award for effectiveness category in order to create competition among the agencies.

It will be recalled that entry for submission of creative works started on Friday August 18 to Friday September 23, 2016, with the provision for a two- week window.

Other programmes that have been held at part of the fesrival include: Young Laifers award on Tuesday, November 29, pre – award party on Friday November 25, Seminar and exhibition on Thursday December 1 while the award dinner is tonight, Saturday December 3.
