According to the company, the recent change on Amstel Malta pack was in compliance to the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) and Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON) regulations.
On the official Facebook page of Amstel Malta on Wednesday, the reason for the repackaging was also shared with over 217,000 fans on the platform.
Finding by BrandArena revealed that Amstel Malta was the first Malt brand in Nigeria to implement the NAFDAC and SON directives. The company launched the new pack as it unveiled the "Why Add More" campaign few months ago.
