Hellofood Kenya to offer 50% of its proceeds to charity

Throughout June, Hellofood Kenya will donate 50% of proceeds made from its Ramadhan Ifta  offers as it seeks to share blessings by feeding the poor through contributions and donations to mosques within Nairobi.

Ramadhan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar during which Muslims observe fasting from morning twilight to the evening twilight. Commenting on the donations, Duncan Muchangi MD Hellofood Kenya said, “We join our Muslim brothers and sisters during this holy month and encourage our customers to join us as we express gratitude during the festival of breaking the fast.”

To make purchase donations easier, a selection of restaurants selling on the online marketplace portal- Hellofood have pledged to offer free deliveries within Nairobi through the application of voucher code HELLOEID also available on mobile app. Customers willing to contribute in the charity drive through purchases can donate via Ramadhan Ifta
