Coke Studio season 2 is set to begin at the main auditorium of the Lagos State University (LASU) on August 29. The concert will feature some upcoming and A-list artistes including Olamide, Seyi Shay, Iyanya, Phyno, Burna Boy and Chidinma.
Apart from Lagos where the concert will begin, music fans will experience the Coke Studio thrill in nine other cities of Benin (UNIBEN), Calabar (UNICAL), Ibadan (University of Ibadan), Ife (University of Osun), Port Harcourt (River State University), Enugu (Enugu State University) Abia (Abia State University), Owerri (Federal University of Technology).
According the Brand Manager at Coca-Cola Nigeria, Femi Asipa said: "Our decision these artistes was spurred by our consumers request. Theses artistes are currently the rave of the moment in the Nigeria entertainment in industry."
Ashipa said the concert and the dream opportunity for aspiring music artistes are among the new elements that have been introduced in Coke Studio season 2 to dial up the experience for Coke's consumers and other music fans.
