Zuriel Oduwole Visits Hollywood

Zuriel Oduwole’s appeal continues to grow with her recent visit to the set of Disney Studios TV show Austin and Alley, where she met with the cast members. Also visited by her was the set of the new hit TV show "Instant Mom" by Nickelodeon, with Tia Mowry and veteran actress Shirley Lee Ralph at the world renowned Paramount studios.

She also met with talents from Disney's super hit show Lab Rats. Aside from seeing the live tapings of some of the shows, Zuriel was specially invited by the parents of the actors, with the singular aim of being an inspiration to these young professionals, as her accomplishments so young were well beyond what most of the actors had done.

The actors and some managers on set were very impressed by the number of African, European and American world leaders she had met and interviewed, and were very inspired by what one child can accomplish, especially with her signature Dream Up, Speak Up, Stand Up project focusing on Girls Education in Africa.

An accomplished documentary film maker herself, she was a real source of encouragement to these youngsters in Hollywood, some of whom had heard about Zuriel, but never quite met her.

Who says Africa is not a beacon of light to the rest of the world. Look closer! Zuriel just might have a TV show coming to a station near you in 2014, having earned many accolades by TV executives, including being touted as a young Larry King in her ability to engage with world leaders, or the next Oprah Winfrey, with her passionate take on core social issues, especially children’s education. She once echoed a simple saying ‘don’t tell me the sky is the limit, when there are footprints on the Moon’. Africa still Rises!
